“I seldom have a class that someone doesn’t share with me how EnhanceFitness has helped them. Taking a trip with family they never dreamed possible before EF, coming off of their medication for blood pressure, their doctor calling them personally to say’“I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep it up!!’ My participants range in age from 63 to 93. They all have a story on how they have benefited from the program.”
