Spanish and Chinese EnhanceFitness Data Collection Forms
Translations of the EF data collection forms into Spanish and Traditional Chinese have been commissioned by EF affiliates over time. These are now posted in the Program Forms area of EF ODES and in the Implementation Resources area of EF Affiliate Resource Portal.

If you need forms translated into other languages, reach out to us and we are happy to provide guidelines and authorization!
Centering the Voices of People Living with Dementia and their Care Partners
Physical activity leads to a higher quality of life for People Living with Dementia and their care partners, yet many exercise programs are inaccessible to this population. To help overcome this lack of access, we need to usher in a new era of meaningful inclusion of adults with dementia and their care partners in the development, re-vision, and continuous evaluation of physical activity programs.

The Enhance Program Resource Portal
Expanded program resources available to licensed EF and EW Affiliates and active EF instructors

“Days like today make me realize how different EF classes are from other classes. I’ve taken many personal exercise classes and I have yet to discover a program or class where the people are as close and bonded as the people in this program!” – EF Participant, New Mexico
NEW: Check out the “Taking Good Photos & Videos” Guide in the EF and EW Affiliate Portals!
